My preference has been indicated above. I understand, that there are space assignment priorities; hence space requested may not be available. All vendors must possess Valid Certificate of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (CGL); for a minimum of $2,000,000 dollars; it's the responsibility of each vendor/exhibitor to have this.
Payment: Deposit 50% @ Booking Time; Balance [Remaining 50%] before September 21st, 2011.
**Full payment must be received prior to September 21st, 2011 to book space reservation.
*** Please note that deposit cannot be refunded; under any circumstances.
